Guajazyl – syrup


Composition

5 ml of syrup contain 125 mg of guaiphenesin and the additives: saccharose, polyvidone, Cochineal red, ethyl hydroxybenzoate, ethanol 96%, rum essence and purified water.

A package contains 150 or 200 g of syrup.

Guajazyl is an expectorant drug. Taken up orally it increases the amounts of mucus in the bronchial tubes and trachea, as well as reduces the mucus viscidity. It alleviates cough and helps expectoration.
